The Affinity Quilt is the first to release in a series of original Bee Hygge patterns! A modern, Scandinavian design with clean, simple lines combined with the coziest fabrications to bring years of hygge to your home.
Small Throw: 60” x 60”
Large Throw: 60" x 72"
Baby (or wallhanging): 40” x 40”
Available in two cozy color palettes, or choose custom to pick your own.
Cool Neutrals: Smoke, Dusty Blue, Silver and White
Black & White: Black, Steel, Silver, White
Custom: Choose custom if you would prefer to choose your own colors OR if you prefer to have your quilt made with 100% cotton (premium quilter’s cotton) instead of the Essex Linen. Enter note at checkout or email me with your preferences.
I have chosen Robert Kaufman’s Essex Linen as the primary fabric for the throw size quilts. It is a 55% linen/45% cotton blend which makes it light and breathable for summer, yet very insulating for winter and it’s natural texture gets softer with every cuddle session. You have two options for batting (the middle layer of your quilt.) 100% Wool batting is the warmest and makes a lightweight yet lofty quilt with just the right amount of puff. 100% Cotton batting provides warmth and a heavier, smoother finish.
Baby size quilts will be made with 100% quilters cotton on front and back with 100% cotton Quilters Dream batting. Substitutions can be requested by leaving a note at checkout.
**Note: Essex Linen has limited availability in some colors. If necessary, certain colors in your quilt may need to be substituted with 100% cotton. You will be informed of this substitution. These quilts are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks production time due to the current difficulty in shipping fabrics. I will keep you updated on production times.
